The luxuriously furnished detached villas are spread out over this lovely park. You have the choice of various types. both with and without a private pool. such as a 4-pers. (FR-07150-27) 4-pers. with swimming pool (FR-07150-28). 6-pers. (FR-07150-29) 6-pers. with swimming pool (FR-07150-30). 8-pers. (FR-07150-31) 8-pers. with swimming pool (FR-07150-32) and 10-pers. (FR-07150-33) and 10-pers. with swimming pool (FR-07150-34). Whichever villa is right for you. you always have a lovely garden with garden furniture.All villas are privately owned. so the furnishings may differ. There are various single storey villas. or villas with an upper floor. The park costs include final cleaning and the first set of bed linen for all of the persons in your party. If you want the bed linens to be changed. the cost is 10 Euro per person per set. The rental cost includes 350 kWh of energy. Use above this amount must be paid for on site.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 400 EUR will be required upon arrival by credit card for possible damages.
- Please note that kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is required to rent for an additional cost of 10 EUR p.p./change.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 8.50 EUR p.p./change.
- Kitchen linen is available for an additional cost of 5 EUR p.p./stay.
- Electricity, water, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
- The rental cost includes 350 kWh of energy. Use above this amount must be paid for on site.
- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 4.30 EUR/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
The service charge include final cleaning and the first set of bed linen for all of the persons in your party. If you want the bed linens to be changed, the cost is 10 Euro per person per set.
