Brand-new chalets (built in 2003) next to the slopes in the Preyerand area of Les Menuires. The Tortollet and Rocher Noir ski lifts are about 150m away from the chalet and can be easily reached by ski or foot. The Croisette, the lively center of Les Menuires with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants is about 500m from the chalets. The chalet enjoys an impressive view on the “Belleville Valley”. High quality chalet with well designed interior, refurbished in 2009/10.
