This detached villa is comfortably furnished and equipped with all comforts. The holiday residence is located in a former factory space. The large enclosed garden is ideal for small children. You can have a lovely barbeque in the garden and enjoy a beautiful view of the Ardeche hills. The Le Doux stream is a stones throw away. The environment is ideal for walking and cycling. There are also various flea markets and weekly markets in the area. A beautiful golf course is within driving distance. The medieval village of Désaignes is certainly worth a visit. Tournon. Valance and Lu Puy are 45 minutes away from this holiday residence.
