For 1-week stays, keys are to be collected at 17:00. Upon departure keys are to be returned at 10:00.

The price includes bed and bath linen, table cloth, television, and taxes and charges (except the city tax).

End-of-stay cleaning is possible at an extra charge

A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge. The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair. Subject to availability.

A guarantee deposit of EUR 200 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card.
