The small chalet is surrounded by trees. 2.7 km from the centre of Chamonix, in a quiet position. From the chalet, you have a view of the mountains. There is a private garden of 600 m2 (not fenced), and there is motor access to the house. In addition, there is a space to park your car. The following facilities are in the surrounding: shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 500 m, railway station "Les Praz de Chamonix" 500 m, golf course (18 hole) 1 km, sports centre 2.2 km, ski runs 800 m, cross-country ski trail 200 m, ice rink 2.2 km. Please note that the skibus is free of charge, and that the owner lives in the same grounds.
