You can collect the keys at the address stated in the booking confirmation between 15:00 and 18:00. If you would like to arrive after 18:00, please notify the property in advance.

This deposit is automatically unlocked by the client Bank after check-out. It Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Nexity, 80 rue Helbronner, 74400 Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. Please inform Appartement Les Jardins du Mont Blanc in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 600 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
