After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

Reception opening hours from 20 December 2013 to 21 April 2014:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 10:00 and 17:00 to 19:00.
Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00.
Sunday: 08:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 20:00.

For summer 2013, room rates include: bed linen, end-of-stay cleaning, housekeeping (except the kitchen area and dishes), cleaning kit,
weekly quantities of the following: dishwasher detergent (or washing up liquid), scouring cream, detergent, double-faced sponge, dishcloth.

For winter 2014, room rates include accommodation, all taxes and charges (except local tax), a TV, bed linen and towels, end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen area and dishes).

For short stays of 2 nights minimum, beds are made upon arrival. Arrivals are possible from 14:00 and departures should be before 17:00.

For stays of 7 nights or more, beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost per person.

A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available at the property at an additional cost of EUR 40. The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 stroller, 1 changing mat. Subject to availability.

A guarantee deposit of EUR 200 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card.

Unlimited, broadband internet access is available at the reception and modems can be rented from the property.
