Large terrace, south facing position. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking space n 106 (2 cars). Not suitable for small children. Sea view from the bedrooms. For shared use: swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 80 - 160 cm, 15.05.-30.09.). Paddling pool, outside shower. The swimming pool is situated 450 m away. Shop 3 km, shopping centre 1 km, bakers 500 m, sandy beach 3 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand WaterPark 1 km. Please note: car essential. Residence has a gate with access code.
