The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 1000 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.

- Please note that an initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the room rate.

- Please note that heating from 1st November till 30th April will be charged extra on the site, according to the consumption.
