The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property. Bed linen is available for 30 EUR/stay and Towels are available for 12 EUR/stay.

- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet with you for no additional cost. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.

The office remains closed on Sunday and Wednesday: Please contact the office to announce your approximate arrival time. The key safe is located by the front door.
