This 3-room apartment is 50 m2 on 2 levels on the 1st floor. It is located in the centre of St Cyr les lecques, 30 m from the sea, south facing position. It has a living/dining room with TV. It exits to the terrace, south facing position. Its open kitchen in the entrance is equipped with 2 hotplates, oven, dishwasher and electric coffee machine. On the upper floor there is another living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 127 - 220 cm with 1 double bed. Bath/WC, electric heating and washing machine are provided. Guests can enjoy a terrace 8 m2, south facing position with terrace furniture and panoramic view of the sea and the port. Shop, grocers are in 30 m, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, sandy beach 30 m. Sports harbour 200 m, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, tennis 800 m. A nearby attraction is Aqualand in 2 km. Please note that the garage is at 600m and the spiral staircase, that goes at the upper floor, does not have a handrail.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
The office remains closed on Sunday: Please contact the office to announce your approximate arrival time. It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.
- Please note that the initial supply of bed linen and towels is not included in the rate. For renting bed linen there is an optional extra cost of 40 EUR and for towels 24 EUR.
