Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking space n 52. Open kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine. Nearest shop 400 m, grocers 600 m, supermarket are 1 km away, restaurant 800 m, sandy beach 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 1 km. The residence has an electric gate.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Please note that local tax, which is excluded from final price, for children, 3-12 years, is 0.20 EUR per person/day.
- Bed linen and towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 40 euros.
