Holiday house "Avenue Palmiers" is situated outside of the resort, in a quiet position, on top of a hill, in the residential district, 500 m from the sea, from the beach. This is a 5-room house for 8 persons on 2 levels. There are living/dining room, 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. There are American fridge, deep fryer and grill integrated in the kitchen. Compulsory cleaning 6 hours/week (extra cleaning is EUR 13/hour, to be reserved in advance) Private: garden 1'700 m2 (fenced) with plants, swimming pool fenced (12 x 5 m, depth 70 - 200 cm, 01.06.-30.09.) with alarm. There is a pool house with fridge and shower. Nearest shops and restaurants are 2 km away, sandy beach 500 m. Nightclub/disco 800 m from the property.
