Lauriers is located in Peymeinade, just 8 km from Grasse’s city centre. This secluded and spacious superior villa is perfect for a family. The beautiful swimming pool is heated and you can chill out on the seating area located just next to it.

Inside you’ll find 2 seating areas. One has a large fireplace and a flat-screen TV whilst the other one has views of the swimming pool and features Moroccan-style décor and comfortable seats. This room is ideal to enjoy a coffee or a tea break during the afternoon.

The white and red kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop and a dishwasher. It also has a microwave and a coffee machine. You can serve your delicious meals on the small dining table, or on the larger one in the dining room. A supermarket is located just a 6-minute drive away.

The 6 elegant bedrooms come with 3 double beds and 6 single beds. For your convenience the villa features 3 bathrooms with a shower and bath. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer at your disposal. From the balcony you will appreciate the great views of the garden and the pool.

During the day you can relax in the hot tub or in the steam room and play your favourite songs on the iPod dock. A short drive away is The Napoule Bay. You can easily spend the day at the beach or in Cannes’ city centre. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 42 km away.
