Just 350 metres from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, Le Mazet offers an apartment in a Provençal house with a 1000-m² garden with a heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna and BBQ facilities. With free WiFi and a terrace with sea views, the one-bedroom apartment comes with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player and a bathroom with free toiletries, hairdryer and shower. The apartment has a private entrance and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove and microwave. A continental or American breakfast buffet can be prepared, at an extra cost. Restaurants can be found just 350 metres away. Massages and cooking classes can be arranged on site, upon request and at an extra cost. Free yoga classes and free access to the sauna are available. Please note that from mid-October until mid-May the swimming pool, the gardens and the exterior areas are closed for maintenance. During this time, guests can still enjoy the terrace.
A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Please note that a EUR 100 to EUR 150 cleaning fee is not included in the price. The price varies according to the number of guests and the length of stay. Please note that the cleaning fee includes the property, the garden and the swimming pool.
PayPal and wire transfers are the only accepted methods of payment. Please inform Le Mazet in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 800 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
