You are kindly asked to contact the agency directly after booking to obtain instructions for the key collection.

If a second appointment for check-in needs to be set, the agency will charge an additional fee of EUR 100.

Please note that if you want to check-in between 21:00 and 23:30, an appointment to collect the keys is mandatory and will be charged EUR 60.

Check-in is not possible between 23:30 and 9:00.

For check-ins on Sunday, the agency will charge a EUR 50 fee.

Upon check-in you will be asked to sign a rental contract with the agency.

Please note that the damage deposit will be preauthorized on your credit card at least 1 week before arrival. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
