This apartment. with a rich and varied view of both the sea and the mountains is located on a private property on the border of Menton and Roqubrune Cap Martin. The apartment is located in a quiet residence and is completely renovated and equipped with many comforts. At the front there is a spacious balcony where you can enjoy your coffee and croissant at the table in the early morning. or your cheese plate with a good bottle of wine in the afternoon from the lounge chair. At the back of the apartment there is a spacious terrace/garden which can be fully covered by a sunscreen. so you can enjoy your privacy. From the large window in the living room you look out over beautifully lighted Roquebrune.Menton is a holiday destination with a fantastic climate.
