- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please kitchen linen is not included in the room rate. Guests needs to bring their own.
- Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price.

- Electricity, water, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- You are allowed to bring max. 2 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 7 EUR pet/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
