Residence Le Belvédère is located on top of a hill in the district of Valcros. The house is 6 km from the centre of La Londe and 9 km from the sea and the sandy beach. For shared use there is a swimming pool of 250 m2, opened from 01.06. to 30.09 with a paddling pool and an outside shower. In the house you will find facilities like a TV, dishwasher and a washing machine. The living/dining room has exit to the terrace of 50 m2 with a barbecue and terrace furniture. The gallary on the upper floor has exit to the balcony, which is in east facing position. There is reserved parking space on site.
