This detached house lies on the peninsula of Giens, on a hill from where you will have view at the bay and the continent. The peninsula is situated 60 km south-west of St Tropez and because it is surrounded by water, it has a very pleasant climate in the summer. In the area you can find wide sandy beaches, the slope into the sea is gentle which makes it ideal for children. Here you can snorkel in one of the bays. The house is peacefully situated in an exclusive residential area. It has a pleasant interior and you will certainly enjoy the view from the terrace. The villa can accommodate disabled guests. The spacious terrace of 50 m can be closed so your children have a safe place to play while you enjoy the evening sun and a glass of wine. Under the house you will find a garage with table tennis table, surfboard, and children's toys and outside there is a fire place and a gas barbecue. In order to maximize the sleeping comfort there are ceiling ventilators in every bedroom. Next to the house there is also a jeu de boule track and annex play area for children. The maximum distance to the sea (both from the front and the back of the house) is 750 m. The house has a terrace with a well kept garden.
