There is a pool house 60 m2 (dining table, lounge area, dishwasher, 4 hot plates, microwave, small fridge, Wifi, table football). This is a 7-room house on 2 levels. There are living/dining room with an open fireplace and with exit to the swimming pool, 5 bedrooms and furnished terrace (250 m2) with garden furniture, barbecue possibilities. Kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave. The house has got also utility room with freezer, washing machine, dryer and ice maker. Parking is in the grounds, there is an individual garage. There is a private gym with sauna (4 spaces) with 7 gym machines, door to swimming pool terrace. Included in the price: 3 hours of cleaning/week. It is possible to have a cleaning lady, extra (15 Euros/hour), on request. Nearest shops, restaurants are 5 km away.
