This single-family house is located on a slope, in the residential district, 1.6 km from the sea. For private use there is a garden of 1'700 m2 (not fenced) and an outside shower. In the house you will find facilities like a flat screen TV, electric heating, dishwasher, washing machine and a hair dryer. The covered terrace of 40 m2, with terrace furniture, barbecue and deck chairs, has view of the sea and the countryside. There is reserved parking space for 3 cars and you are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you. Within 2.5 km you can find several shops, restaurants, a tennis court and a supermarket. Riding stables is in 3 km and there is a golf course 10 km away from the accommodation. Please note that having a car is essential.
