This cozy cottage is from 1875 and is in originally state, located in the countryside between the vineyards. The house has five bedrooms and is suitable for twelve persons. You can find the centre with its several restaurants within 3.5 km. On the ground floor of the house you can watch TV, a DVD or turn on the stereo in the television room. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer and it has a high chair. In the living and dining room you can enjoy the fireplace. There is a separate toilet and sleeping space for two persons on a sofa bed. In the storage room you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer and there is wireless internet access available. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, they all have a double bed. There is a bathroom with just a shower, and the other bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. On the second floor there are two other bedrooms, one with a double sofa bed and the other one with four single beds. For children there is a trampoline and it is possible to play table tennis. In the garden with garden furniture you can prepare meals on the barbecue. You can swim in the private, heated en roofed pool of 10 x 4 m.
