The apartment block "Villaréal" is 5 storey high and located in a quiet position, 300 m from the sea and from the beach. The 1-room apartment on the 2nd floor is comfortable and with nice furnishings. It has an 8 m2 terrace with view of the garden. The living/dining room with panoramic window includes 1 double sofa bed (140 cm) and a flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with 4 hotplates, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer and electric coffee machine. In the house there is a washing machine, iron, cot and hair dryer. In the surroundings you will find a shop, grocers, restaurant (300 m) and a bus stop 100 m. The large bathing resort with 71'000 inhabitants is 60 km from Monaco and 78 km from St Tropez. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, casino, museum, cinema, attractions. Film Festival in May. Festival of Pyrotechnics in July and August. View the Lerins islands.
