The luxurious residence "Rêve d'Or" is 5 storeys high. This 3-room apartment is on the 4th floor with nice furnishings. It offers a panoramic view of the sea from the terrace. Located In the district of Croix de Gardes, 3 km from the centre of Cannes. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 room with 2 beds and bath/WC and 1 room with 2 beds and shower. The living/dining room has a TV. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave and freezer. There is a south facing terrace (24 m2) with terrace furniture. In the house there is Internet (Wireless LAN), a hydromassage shower, compressed air heating/air conditioning and a washing machine. For shared use there is the park (3 ha), the swimming pool (20 x 15 m, depth 80 - 200 cm, 01.05.-15.10.) and tennis. In the complex there is a lift. Shops are within 3 km, a restaurant is at 3 km, a sandy beach is located 1.5 km away. Nearby activities include diving, water skiing, tennis, golf course, riding, walking path, aerial sports and boat hire. Cannes has a sandy beach, from Cannes to Antibes there is a Pebble beach.

The office remains closed on Sunday: Please contact the office to announce your approximate arrival time.. Please note that in the winter months (01.11 - 15.03) arrival is between 16:00 and 18:00 hours.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Please note that a final cleaning fee of 51 EUR per person is not included in the price.
