The apartment block "Lou Miradou" is a 5 storey complex. Located in the district of Palm Beach, 1 km from the centre of Cannes, in a quiet position, just 200 m from the beach. The 1-room apartment is on the 5th floor, it has simple and practical furnishings and a partial view of the sea. The living/dining room includes 2 double sofas beds and digital TV. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, micro wave and an electric coffee machine. There is a balcony of 4 m2 and a 5 m2 terrace with terrace furniture. In the house there is a washing machine. A restaurant and bakers are at a 300 m distance, a bus stop is 100 m away. The sports harbour is 200 m from the complex. The large bathing resort with 71'000 inhabitants is 60 km from Monaco and 78 km from St Tropez. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, casino, museum, cinema, attractions. Film Festival in May. Festival of Pyrotechnics in July and August. View the Lerins islands. In the proximity you can find the following activities: diving, water skiing, tennis, golf, riding, walking path, aerial sports, boat hire. In Cannes the beach is sandy, from Cannes to Antibes there is a pebble beach.

The office remains closed on Sunday: Please contact the office to announce your approximate arrival time. Please note that in the winter months (01.11 - 15.03) arrival is between 16:00 and 18:00 hours.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Please note that a final cleaning fee of 20 EUR per person is not included in the price
- Bed linen and towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 24 euros per person for the towels and 40 euros per person for the bed linen.
