There is a 6 m2 balcony on a north facing position and a 12 m2 terrace 12 m2, on a south facing position with terrace furniture. The large bathing resort with 71'000 inhabitants is 60 km from Monaco and 78 km from St Tropez. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, casino, museum, cinema, attractions. Film Festival in May. Festival of Pyrotechnics in July and August. View the Lerins islands. In the proximity you can find the following activities: diving, water skiing, tennis, golf, riding, walking path, aerial sports, boat hire. In Cannes the beach is sandy, from Cannes to Antibes there is a pebble beach.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Bed linen and towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 36 euros per person for the towels and 60 euros per person for the bed linen.
