This small apartment house is located in the district of Palm Beach, 150 m from the sea. It is a 4-room apartment on 2 levels, on the ground floor, renovated in 2013, with comfortable and nice furnishings There are 3 bedrooms, 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm), shower/WC, 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm), bath/WC and 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). The living/dining room includes TV (flat screen TV). Please note that there is wireless internet access. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave and freezer. In the house there is electric heating and washing machine. There is a 30 m2 terrace with terrace furniture. A shop is at 100 m, a supermarket at 2 km, a restaurant at 200 m, bakers and a café at 200 m. Please note that the railway line 20 m from the property. The large bathing resort with 71'000 inhabitants is 60 km from Monaco and 78 km from St Tropez. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, casino, museum, cinema, attractions. Film Festival in May. Festival of Pyrotechnics in July and August. View the Lerins islands. In the proximity you can find the following activities: diving, water skiing, tennis, golf, riding, walking path, aerial sports, boat hire. The office remains closed on Sunday: Please contact the office to announce your approximate arrival time.. Please note that in the winter months (01.11 - 15.03) arrival is between 16:00 and 18:00 hours.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Please note that a final cleaning fee of 26 EUR per person is not included in the price
- Bed linen and towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 36 euros per person for the towels and 60 euros per person for the bed linen.
