The Massif des Maures stretches to the west and to the east lays the Massif de l Estérel.The Massif des Maures that lead to Hyères. is overgrown with pine trees. cork oaks and chestnut trees.The area is visited often and offers beautiful hikes. The coastline along the foot of the massief stretches from St Aygulf to St Tropez and is an enumeration of renowned spas (Port Grimaud. Ste Maxime) but also of calanques (deep creeks with fickle bays). creeks and peaceful beaches. close to the Issambres.
