Holiday Home Maison Vogien Apt is a terraced house situated on a private 1000m2 ground. It is located in Apt and provides to its guests a private swimming pool. Guests can also use the TV, dishwasher and washing machine. Its swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 170 cm, 01.06.-30.09.) is situated approx. 30m from the rental property. Parking is possible in the grounds. Shop and restaurant are in 7km. Please note that house is situated in the shared fenced ground of 3000m2, where the owner also lives. But it is not overlooked by the owners house. A hen house is also at the end of the grounds.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.
- Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen (Initial supply) is available for an additional cost of 10 EUR per person.
- Towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 5 EUR per person.
- Please not that heating from 1st November till 30th April will be charged extra on the site, according to the consumption.
