You are kindly asked to contact the agency directly after booking to obtain instructions for the key collection.
If you don't arrange the meeting within 24 hours of your arrival day, you will not be able to check in.
If a second appointment for check-in needs to be set, the agency will charge an extra EUR 100 charge.
Please note that if you want to check-in between 21:00 and 23:30, an appointment to collect the keys is mandatory the agency will charge a EUR 60 fee.
No check-in is possible between 23:30 and 9:00. For check-in on Sundays the agency will charge a EUR 50 fee.
Upon check-in you will be asked to sign a rental contract with the agency.
Please note that the damage deposit will be preauthorized on your credit card at least one week before arrival.
