This 2-room apartment is 25 m2 on 1st floor, south-east facing position. It is located in the district of Pontaillac, in the residential district, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
The office remains closed on Sunday and Wednesday: Please contact the office to announce your approximate arrival time. The key safe is located by the front door.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required in cash or credit card upon arrival for damages.
- Reserved parking space is n 34.
- Please note that the initial supply of bed linen and towels is not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional cost of 44 EUR for bed linen and 24 EUR for towels.
