Detached house (built in 2003) situated on woody, natural grounds (1700 m2). The house is situated in the enclosed, monitored residence "Le Parc de la Residence" (70 ha). For shared use: 5 tennis courts (extra July/August), volleyball and football pitches, childrens club with swimming pool 10m x 5m, 1.20m depth (only for children) open in July an August (extra). Direct access to the beach (300 m) (supervised in July and August) via a private road leading to 2 pedestrian exits. It is possible to park (cars or bikes) in front of the two exits. Car shelter next to the garage. Small, nice residence "Fairway", 2 storeys, built in 2009, surrounded by trees. In the resort 600 m from the centre of La Palmyre, in a quiet position in the residential district, 10 m from the woods edge, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, on the golf course. Shop, bakers 600 m, sandy beach 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, riding stables 5 km. Nearby attractions: Golf de La Palmyre 9 Trous, Possibilité de Kite surf, Nombreuses pistes cyclabes.
