Please contact the Keyholder 1 week before arrival to communicate your expected arrival time. Please contact the Keyholder a few days before arrival if you wish to rent bedlinen and/or towels.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- A final cleaning is included in the price.

- Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. Guests can bring their own.

- The heating fee is not included in the room rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure.
