This modernized house has a beautiful seaview. A wonderfull accomodation with direct access to the sandy beach of Crotoy. Enjoy sun. sea and beach in a quiet area. The property is in close proximity to restaurants and shops and has several modernized bathrooms and spacious rooms. The accomodation has its own private terrace / small garden at the back. A barbecue is ready for use. You re situated in the countryside of the Somme Bay. Perfectly suitable. (accompanied by a guide). to mudflats. You will have a beautiful view of the marsh. the mud and over the beautiful colors of the sky and the landscape. The tranquil setting offers many cycling and walking possibilities. On the north side of the bay you will find the Natural Parc Ornithologique of Marquenterre. where rare birds may encounter. Among the approximately 450 in Europe counted birds there are about 280 in the park counted. This is one of the main reasons why this destination became also a popular travel destination for bird watchers.
