Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 6 EUR p.p./change.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 6 EUR p.p./change.
- Kitchen linen is not available at the property. The guests are advised to bring their own.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 2.30 EUR/night (May-Jun and Sep-Oct) and 3.30 EUR/night (Nov-Apr) is not included in the room rate.

- You are allowed to bring max. 2 pets/dogs with you for an additional cost of 4.20 EUR/pet/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
