Pierre & Vacances Résidence de l'Estran is set 100 metres from the sea and 5 km from the centre of Sables-d’Olonne. It offers an outdoor swimming pool and contemporary apartments with a balcony or terrace. The apartments at Résidence de l'Estran also feature a TV with international channels and an en suite bathroom. The kitchen area is fully equipped with hotplates, a microwave and a coffee maker. A bakery service is available every morning at the residence and breakfast is offered in the dining room. The reception is open 24/7 from 12 April 2013 until 3 November 2013.
A baby kit for children under the age of 2 and weighing less than 15 kg is available at an extra cost. It includes a baby cot and a high chair.

Baked goods can be delivered at the reception by placing an order with reception the evening before. A bakery menu is available in the apartment and at reception. This service is at an additional cost.
