Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 260 EUR will be required upon arrival in cash for damages, returned max. 14 days later.

Please also note that:
-kitchen linen are not included in the rental price. Guests can bring their own.
-bed linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them per packet at the property or bring their own (cost: 10 EUR per person/stay).
-TV and DVDs are available upon request for an additional cost.
-5% discount on ski passes only on condition that they are booked prior to arrival.
-bread and viennoiseries deliveries are available within the residence with an additional cost.
-all sorts of activities are regularly organised in the resort: snowmen competitions, a free-ride film festival, kid park party (a party for children only)
-the interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described.
