This is a 9-room house 400 m2 on 3 levels, comfortable and modern furnishings. It has a lounge with TV and stereo unit, a living room and dining room. A washing machine and dryer are provided, as is an internet connection (DSL/LAN, free). Also the home offers guest the opportunity to use a tennis court, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and provides parking in the grounds, individual garage. Included in the rental price is 2 hours of housework/day (except Sunday and Bank Holidays). Extra, to be paid at the end of your stay according to use will be the telephone, heating (from 30 Sept to 30 Apr) and electric use if more than 500 kw/week used. A maximum 1 pet/ dog is allowed in the house. The property is situated in the Lot region, south of Sarlat, in a rural location. It's a typical stone house situated outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Gourdon. It has private grounds 22 hectares and a swimming pool (60 m2, depth 120 - 250 cm, 15.05.-15.10.). Shops are within 3 km distance, restaurant 3 km. There is also a golf course 15 km away and riding stables 3 km. Please note that a car is essential.
