Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that cleaning is guests' own responsibility.

- Please note that bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 7 EUR p.p./stay.

- Kitchen linen and bath towels are not available and guests should bring their own.

- Please note that the gas/oil fee is included in the price for May - Sept, and it is not included in the price for Oct - Apr, and it is 6 EUR per night.

- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 3 EUR/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
