This villa is located in the Gard countryside between the small villages of Villevielle and Sommières. It is around 110 m2 and located on the ground floor. If offers living room, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (with shower and toilet), swimming pool and garden. The villa has a very beautiful swimming pool. a very large enclosed garden (2400m2) and a bowling pitch, all three reserved for the use of tenants. The holiday home comprises two parts arranged around the swimming pool. This latter really constitutes the heart of the property. Everything is organized around it. All the rooms in the house open onto the swimming pool, so much so that there is no internal communication between the various rooms. And there are several 18-hole golf courses nearby. You can find center and tourist information office in 3.0 km, nightlife in 15.0 km and see in 25.0 km.
