Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is included in the rate
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 5.50 EUR p.p./change.
- Kitchen linen is not available at the property. The guests are advised to bring their own.

- Electricity, water, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 40 EUR/stay. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.

- The use of the washing machine has an additional cost of 6 EUR/wash.
- The use of the tumble dryer has an additional cost of 3 EUR/wash.
