Comfortable single-family house in the district of Golf, 1 km from the sea. This 6-room villa 160 m2 on 2 levels has a private well-kept fenced garden 500 m2 with trees, an outdoor seasonal swimming pool with built-in steps, table tennis, a 40 m2 terrace, barbecue and parking, individual garage. The villa is suitable for up to seven people. It has three bedrooms: one room with two beds, one room with one french bed and one room with one french bed. There is living/dining room and an open lounge 30 m2 with TV. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave and freezer. A bathroom and a separate toilet. On the upper floor there is also an open lounge with 1 sofa bed and TV. A bath/shower/toilet. The large terrace 30 m2, south facing position and terrace 20 m2, east facing position are furnished with terrace furniture. A washing machine is available. Shop 800 m, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach 900 m. Sports harbour 2 km.
