Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm), separate WC. Electric heating. Terrace 50 m2, south facing position, terrace 8 m2, north facing position. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's highchair, logs (free). Aigues Vives is 10 km from Sommières. 500 m from the centre of Aigues Vives, 25 km from the sea. Shop and restaurant 500 m away, sandy beach 22 km. The house consists of an old hunting pavilion and a neighbouring building house "Les Cyprès bleus". Private: park 5'000 m2 (fenced), trees, orchard, swimming pool fenced (4 x 10 m, depth 80 - 250 cm, 01.04.-31.10.) with built-in steps.
