Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 450 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- The guests are responsible for the final cleaning before departure. But a final cleaning is possible for an additional cost of 80 EUR/stay.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 10 EUR p.p./change.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 5 EUR p.p./change.

- The electricity fee is included in the rental price.

- Breakfast is possible for an additional cost of 9.80 EUR per person/night.
- It is possible to use the sauna for an additional cost of 9 EUR/hour.

- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 5 EUR/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
