Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. The deposit must be paid in cash.

- Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price.
- Kitchen linen is not available at the property. The guests are advised to bring their own.

- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- You are allowed to bring max. 2 pets/dogs with you for an additional cost of 6.30 EUR/pet/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.

- The use of the sauna has an additional cost of 8 EUR/use

- The use of the steam bath has an additional cost of 8 EUR/use.
