The house is ideally located in the heart of local life, between the port and the covered market. The first floor features an open plan kitchen, a living room with TV, DVD player and internet access, a bedroom with bathroom and a utility room with washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The first floor also has a verandah. A bedroom with bathroom and the library are located on the second floor. The third floor has two single beds. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters. The beaches of La Corniche and Lazaret are a 15 min. walk through the marine cemetery, the scene of the sea and the Musée Paul Valéry. Sète is renowned for its summer festival (music, theater, poetry): Jazz in Sète, Sète Fiesta, Voice Vives, Feast of the Saint-Louis and games.
