This is a 2-room apartment 50 m2, on the upper ground floor. The living/dining room has 1 sofa bed and a TV. There's also 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm) and a sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm). Open kitchen (4 hotplates, mini-oven). The shower is separate from the WC. The terrace is 18 m2 with furniture. Facilities: washing machine. A reserved parking space is available. Please note that the apartment is courtyard side. Telephone for incoming calls only. A maximum of 1 pet/ dog is allowed. Les tennis de castelmare is in the resort 800 m from the centre of Sète La Corniche, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: tennis. Heating payable locally (01.11.-08.04.). Shop, grocers, restaurant 300 m, sandy beach 100 m. Sports harbour 800 m. Please note that a fishing permit is required.
