- The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 euros will be required upon arrival for damages.
- Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen (Initial supply) is available for an additional cost of 40 euros
- Towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 16 euros
- Please note that the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure.
- The price for internet is an additional cost per week
- The price of local tax is an additional cost of 0.8 euro per person per day.
