This is a well kept. spacious apartment in the middle of the beautiful Le Minervois wine and olive region in the Languedoc. The apartment is part of a detached villa and has its own entrance and terrace. It is on a large plot. You will enjoy lovely views of the nearby village and the surrounding area from the terrace. The apartment has a functional interior and offers all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The home has been well insulated which keeps it pleasantly cool in summer. The whole apartment has been decorated in Zen style and is recommended for those who enjoy tranquility. There is a parking space at the apartment.The area is excellent for walking and cycling. There are pleasant markets and interesting flea markets in the small villages in the area.
